MESH is a Fair Trade NGO based in New Delhi working as a trading partner for over 45 disabled artisan groups throughout India. Since the 1960s, they have helped to provide opportunities for disabled people and their dependents, especially those affected by leprosy, to be rehabilitated in order to become self-sufficient. Today they focus on capacity development and conduct trainings and workshops to help their artisan partners with costing, design and production management. Their work has helped bring dignity and self respect to thousands of disabled people in India.
